We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms and expect the same standard from every counterparty, supplier and partner we engage.

Scope of this statement

Nexus Capital is not a commercial organisation within the meaning of section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is not required to publish a statement under it. This page sets out the standard we intend to hold ourselves and our counterparties to; it does not report on due diligence already performed.
